Field Channel Sales Director

Summary:
The Field Channel Sales Director will be responsible for meeting all revenue goals in the proscribed territory. To achieve these goals, the Director will work in a collaborative fashion with all appropriate Alien sales channels, and will skillfully marshal internal Alien resources. This position will report to the Senior Director, Americas Channel Sales.
Summary of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes territory-wide sales strategies
- Develops complete familiarity with all Channel appropriate to the territory
- Assists and supports channel sales activity within the territory
- Coordinates pre and post sales support for Channel sales in the territory
- Provides field level market information to Product Management and Sales colleagues
- Facilitates and supports Company marketing programs within the territory
- Provides support for trade shows, seminars and conferences when requested by Marketing or Sales management
- Accurately and thoroughly provides sales pipeline and forecast data for the territory when requested
Education & Experience:
- BA or BS degree required
- Minimum 10 years of successful Channel field sales experience
- Working knowledge of Passive RFID
- Working knowledge of most if not all of the following verticals:
- Consumer Goods Supply Chain
- Retail
- Industrial Manufacturing
